Storage

Temperature: 2-30°C. Shelf life: 24 months. Do not freeze. Store in original packaging.

Preparation

Wash hands with soap and water before and after the test (at least 20 seconds). Remove the cap from the extraction buffer tube. Collection: Insert the swab into the nostril approx. 2 cm, slowly rotate rubbing 5–10 times against the nasal wall. Repeat in the other nostril with the same swab. Insert the swab into the buffer tube, press to the bottom and rotate for 10–15 seconds. Remove the swab pressing the tip against the inside of the tube. Close the tube with the cap.

Procedure

1. Remove the test cassette from the pouch and place on a flat surface. 2. Invert the tube with sample and buffer, add 3 drops to each sample well (S) and start the timer. Do not move the cassette during the test. 3. Read the result after 15 minutes. Do not read after 20 minutes.

Result interpretation

POSITIVE COVID-19: C and T lines in the COVID-19 window. POSITIVE FLU A: C and A lines in the FLU A+B window. POSITIVE FLU B: C and B lines in the FLU A+B window. Co-infections are possible (multiple lines). Any shade of test line = positive result. Positive result — immediately self-isolate and contact a doctor. NEGATIVE: Only C line — infection unlikely, but false negatives are possible; repeat test after 1–2 days. INVALID: No C line — repeat test.
