- Temperature: 2-30°C. Shelf life: 24 months. Do not freeze. Store in original packaging.
- Preparation
- 1. Wash hands with soap and rinse with clean water. 2. Collect the stool sample on the stool collection paper or into a clean container — avoid contact with toilet water or cleaning agents. 3. Unscrew the cap of the collection tube and pierce the stool sample with the applicator in three different places (do not scoop). 4. Screw the cap back on and shake to mix the sample with extraction buffer.
- Procedure
- 1. Bring the pouch to room temperature and remove the test cassette. 2. Remove the cap from the collection tube, invert it and add 2 full drops of extracted sample to the sample well (S), avoiding air bubbles. 3. Read the result after 10 minutes. Do not read after 20 minutes.
- Result interpretation
- POSITIVE: Two lines (T and C) — H.pylori antigens detected in stool, consult a doctor. Any shade of T line is positive. NEGATIVE: Only C line — H.pylori antigen not detected. INVALID: No C line — repeat test with new kit.
