Storage

Temperature: 2-30°C. Shelf life: 24 months from production date. Store in dry place. Do not freeze.

Preparation

For best results, collect the urine sample daily at the same time. Do not collect the first urine immediately after waking up. Reduce fluid intake approximately 2 hours before sample collection. Urine may be stored at room temperature for up to 8 hours or at 2–8°C for up to 24 hours. Do not freeze.

Procedure

1. Bring the pouch to room temperature (15–30°C) and remove the test. 2. Remove the cap and hold the absorbent tip in the urine stream for 15 seconds, or dip it into urine collected in a clean container for 15 seconds. 3. Replace the cap on the tip and place the test on a flat surface with the result window facing up. 4. Read the result after 3 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 10 minutes.

Result interpretation

POSITIVE: Two lines, T line is the same as or darker than C line — ovulation may occur within 24–36 hours. NEGATIVE: T line lighter than C line or no T line — no LH surge detected. INVALID: No C line — repeat test with new kit.
